Didier Duhem

After graduating from HEC, Didier Duhem started his career with Crédit Lyonnais, in charge of Aircraft Financing in Paris and then San Francisco.
In 1989, he took the responsibility of the IPO Department and managed the IPOs of companies belonging to diversified industries.
Starting in 1995, he founded and managed successively two technology investment banks based in Paris: Hambrecht & Quist Saint Dominique and Spef Technology. He then managed the IPOs of numerous technology companies.
In 2000 Didier Duhem founded Europe Offering that he is still managing and developing.
Didier Duhem has as well been actively involved in the creation of the new European markets dedicated to high growth companies. He has thus been a Member of the Admission Committee of the Nouveau Marché from 1996 to 1998 and Chairman from 1997 to 1999 of EASD, the European association which founded Easdaq (now Nasdaq Europe).
Valérie Nahon
Legal Manager
Former lawyer, she began her career in 1983 at the Bank from the European Union within the Department of the financial credits.
From 1989 to 1993, she worked as collaborator of the Banking and Financial Department of the law firm CLIFFORD CHANCE.
In 1993, she joined the Legal Department of the Financial Activities of BNP where she worked on structured Financings.
In 1998, she joined CLIFFORD CHANCE, as Professional Support Lawyer, and was in charge of the development of the Banking and Financial Department and of its doctrines.
Since 2003, she is the legal Director for Europe Offering
Sébastien Tetard
Deputy CEO
Since 2004, he has worked for Europe Offering.
He graduated from the EM Lyon with a Master of Finance and from ESSCA. He previously worked for Crédit Agricole Asset Management (sales assistant), and TGS.
Laurent Tiliacos
VP
Laurent Tiliacos (Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Engineering from E.M. Lyon, MSc in Finance from IAE of Aix-en-Provence, MSc in Management from Euromed Marseille Business School) is an Associate for EuropeOffering since April 2005. Prior to join EuropeOffering, he has worked for Groupe Banques Populaires as portfolios manager.
